What is the recommended dose for intake of the Essential Minerals®?

As indicated on the label, the recommended dose for adults is 1 fluid ounce (2 tablespoons) daily. For children two to twelve, the dose is half the adult dose, not to exceed 1 fluid ounce daily. Children under the age two should seek the advice of a health care professional.

I understand you have three flavors of Essential Minerals®. What are they and what is the difference between them?

New Vision carries three versions of Essential Minerals®: Lemon-Lime Honey, Cran-Raspberry and Kiwi-Strawberry. The difference between the versions is the flavor. Also, Cran-Raspberry has no sugar.

What is the calorie and sugar content?

The Lemon-Lime Honey and Kiwi-Strawberry flavors contain 15 calories per ounce with a carbohydrate and sugar content of 3 grams per serving. The Cran-Raspberry flavor does not have a sugar content and has 0.5 grams of carbohydrate per serving. It is naturally sweetened with the sweet herb stevia.
